Schedule

Five days in the Alps.

Day 1Welcome to the Alps

We arrive in the evening and settle into a cosy chalet with panoramic mountain views.

Dinner is already waiting: the first meal from our private chef, with local cheeses, wine, and dishes that put us straight into the Alps.

We gather by the fire, get to know each other, and set the tone for the week of skiing ahead.

Day 1 — arriving in the Alps
Day 2Our first turns

Breakfast at the chalet: fresh bread, fruit, hot coffee. Then out to the snow.

Instructors split us into small groups by level, so first-timers and confident skiers alike get a good day. We stop for lunch high on the mountain, with the panorama doing half the work.

In the evening, dinner at the chalet and a party that goes as late as we want it to.

Day 2 — first turns on the slopes
Day 3Into the 3 Vallées

After breakfast we drive over to Val Thorens, the highest resort in Europe.

We ski it properly, with long runs and wide open snow, and end the afternoon at an après-ski spot on the mountain.

We come back to the chalet late, still buzzing.

Day 3 — Val Thorens and the 3 Vallées
Day 4A day for whatever you want

No fixed plan today.

Some of us will head back to the slopes for one more day. Others will try something different: a husky sled run through the snow in Les Menuires, the Cosmojet toboggan down from Val Thorens, an afternoon in the spa and the outdoor hot tub, or a slow walk through the villages.

In the evening, dinner at the chalet.

Day 4 — a day for whatever you want
Day 5New slopes, slow evening

Today we explore new corners of the mountain, different runs and different views.

We lunch at a mountain restaurant with a panorama, then take the afternoon slowly: a walk through the village, drinks somewhere warm.

In the evening, a farewell dinner from the chef.

Day 5 — new slopes, slow evening
Day 6Until next time

We say goodbye over a long breakfast and pack the cars.

We leave with more friends than we arrived with.

Day 6 — farewell morning in the mountains

  • Full room, €6,490 per room. A private room with a queen bed. Book it solo, as a couple, or with a friend. Two people maximum.

What's the booking & cancellation policy?

To confirm your spot, we ask for a 50% deposit. The balance is due 30 days before the trip.

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you need to cancel your trip, you may find another person to take your place. If you find a replacement who meets our participation requirements and completes the booking, we can refund your payment once the replacement's payment has been received.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers trip cancellation and interruption.

Where should I fly to?

Fly to Geneva, Switzerland (GVA). We run a group transfer from the airport to the chalet and back.

Lyon (LYS) also works if the timing suits you better.

Do I need any ski or snowboard experience?

No. The trip works for complete beginners and confident riders alike.

Lessons are in small groups, matched to your level. Beginners start with a certified instructor. Experienced skiers ride the rest of the mountain.

Equipment rental is not included, but we help you sort it on arrival.

Does my Épic Pass work here?

Yes. Épic Pass holders get free days in Les 3 Vallées: Val Thorens, Les Menuires, Méribel, Courchevel. Bring your physical pass card or proof of an active pass and collect your lift pass at a ticket office. Valmorel runs on a separate local pass, which isn't covered.

Is this trip for solo travellers?

Yes, most of our guests come solo. The chef cooks for everyone together, the schedule is built around shared moments, and by day two no one feels alone.

Who will be joining?

A curated mix of entrepreneurs, C-level leaders, and global nomads, mostly from Europe, the UK and the US. Most guests come solo, which makes it easy to connect.

Before the trip, we do a quick vibe-check call with each guest to make sure the group is a great fit.

What if the snow is bad?

Val Thorens is the highest resort in Europe and holds snow reliably through January. If conditions aren't ideal one day, we adjust: lower slopes, the spa, dog-sledding, a slow lunch somewhere with a view. The trip works either way.

Can you accommodate dietary needs?

Yes. Our private chef accommodates all diets: vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, allergies, anything. Just tell us when you book.

Will there be WiFi? Can I work from the trip?

Fast WiFi at the chalet. Some guests work in the morning before the slopes or check emails in the evening. The schedule has natural breaks for it.

But the point of the trip is to disconnect, and most people do.

Can I bring a friend or partner?

Absolutely. Just mention it on the intro call and we'll book you together.

Why January 13–18?

You fly home on Monday the 18th, which is a bank holiday in the US. A full trip without burning a vacation day.

If you’d rather get back sooner, you can also fly out on the evening of the 17th.
